National Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Build and execute a national sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth
• Lead the Corporate Travel annual RFP process
• Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel managers, meeting planners, and other strategic
• Pursue strategic national sales partnerships with large corporations to secure high-volume
• Develop sales processes, tools, and KPIs to scale efficiently as we grow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required if
• 8+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company
• Proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Have built and maintain a strong, well-established network of industry contacts to drive business
• Comfortable balancing strategy with direct selling and prospecting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
