📋 Description

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and consistently deliver a high-touch, personalized service
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted
• Handle end-to-end reservations across air, rail, hotel, car rental, ferry, black car, charter, and
• Provide cost-effective travel solutions while identifying opportunities to reduce total travel
• Apply appropriate fare types, ticketing methods, routing options, and supplier solutions while

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a core business travel environment, with previous VIP or executive travel
• Comprehensive knowledge of the business travel industry, including travel products, aircraft types
• Strong proficiency with at least one major GDS platform, such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.
• Experience using mixed-mode booking tools and providing first-line support for both online and
