• 6-8+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3+ years directly leading On-Prem
• Proven track record modernizing physical IT support services and managing full-lifecycle enterprise
• Practical experience managing devices via Ivanti (MDM), endpoint security with Sophos (EDR), and
• Hands-on expertise managing Google Workspace as a primary IdP and Entra ID as a federation bridge
• Highly user-centric mindset with a passion for employee experience, high CSAT, and rapid resolution
• Proven ability to mentor local onsite engineers and helpdesk staff across international locations
