📋 Description

• Lead the Scrum team through the full development lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Break down backlog items into tasks, assign ownership, and drive timely delivery.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team for growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain apps with .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Angular.
• Apply design principles, SOLID, and innovative solutions for scalable, maintainable apps.
• Create low-level design, technical specifications, and docs aligned with architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 10+ years experience with 4+ years leading teams.
• End-to-end delivery ownership from analysis to deployment and support.
• 6+ years building scalable web apps with ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular.
• Hands-on with Blazor Server/WebAssembly and SignalR.
• Strong OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and SPA frameworks.
• Unit tests with xUnit/bUnit; Git/Azure Repos; Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
