🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a manufacturing, converting, or industrial distribution operation
• Working understanding of production scheduling, equipment uptime, quality control, and plant safety
• Track record of owning or significantly influencing the P&L of a small to mid-sized business
• Proven ability to grow revenue through existing accounts and new customer development in a B2B
• Experience managing supplier relationships and raw material costs in a commodity-sensitive business
• Background in packaging, plastics, or a related manufacturing sector (preferred)
