Network/ Computer Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Work with a team of network engineers managing and maintaining a converged Gigabit Ethernet network
• Design, install, configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure w/ minimal supervision, work
• Work on daily tasks and on-going upgrade projects to include operational support for routers
• Update and maintain network topology maps, classified and unclassified.
• Provide engineering support for classified and unclassified networks.
• Assists in securing network systems to meet applicable DoD, AF and DISA compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent plus 3+ years’ experience in a Network role. Additional 4
• CompTIA Security + is required; CCNA certification an added plus.
• Hands-on experience in design/configuration/installation of Cisco/Juniper product line of
• Strong network debugging and network troubleshooting skills required.
• Working knowledge of DHCP, NMS – SolarWinds Orion NPM/NCM, Cisco ISE, Wireshark etc. needed.
