Network Engineer II

📋 Description

• Own network architecture, engineering standards, and technical integrity across enterprise
• Lead technical and design reviews for practice-side network changes, new implementations, and
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation authority for major network incidents, diagnosing complex issues and
• Evaluate network tools, platforms, and vendors while balancing cost, complexity, performance
• Provide technical mentorship to Network Engineers and Administrators and promote consistent
• Represent the network domain in security reviews, audits, compliance activities, and the ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive network engineering experience, with strong expertise across enterprise
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be
• Demonstrated experience with voice and telephony technologies, including VoIP, SIP trunking, UCaaS
• Strong architectural judgment and the ability to evaluate solutions across security, cost
• Experience with technologies such as Aruba switching/wireless, Palo Alto firewalls, Fortinet
• Healthcare industry experience and/or Managed Service Provider experience is preferred.
