Network Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams to support the reliability
• Travel regularly to data centers to receive, deliver, install, maintain, and manage hardware assets
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and monitor network connectivity issues across Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer
• Provide end-to-end technical support for network deployments, infrastructure installations
• Coordinate with field technicians, internet service providers, external partners, and third-party
• Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming maintenance tickets while meeting established service-level

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer
• Practical experience with data center operations and protocols, network technologies, security
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure operations and the ability to troubleshoot
• Strong organizational and operational planning skills, including the ability to coordinate
• Ability to work efficiently under strict time constraints while consistently following established
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical
