Network Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers and technicians
• Set team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development
• Allocate resources and assign project tasks based on skill sets, availability, and business
• Oversee the stability, scalability, and security of LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud, and hybrid
• Maintain and optimise network management, monitoring, and incident response processes
• Provide tier 3 escalation support and serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a network architecture or management role within enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering scalable, supportable, and highly available network solutions
• Demonstrable expertise in Data Centre Networking
• Demonstrable expertise in WAN technologies (MPLS, DMVPN, SD-WAN)
• Demonstrable expertise in LAN/Wi-Fi segmentation and performance optimisation
• Demonstrable expertise in Hybrid Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure)
