Network Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the logical data and security network, including edge
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve medium and high-complexity network incidents, including
• Provide L1/L2 (and partial L3) network support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence of incidents
• Plan and support network expansions, topology changes, and capacity improvements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, procedures, and incident records

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional
• Cisco CCNA certification (required)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols including Layer 2 and 3 concepts (MAC
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production environments with a hands-on and analytical approach
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to operate calmly under pressure
