📋 Description

• Manage and track daily operational issues from identification to closure
• Prepare and publish daily status reports covering open issues/backlog, progress updates
• Ensure all updates are accurate, structured, and ready for audit/review
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple data sources
• Analyze issues using data correlation and structured troubleshooting
• Coordinate with technical teams to drive timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Excel/data handling skills (pivot tables, lookups, structured sheets)
• Working knowledge of Python or scripting for automation of reports/tasks
• Experience handling multiple datasets/CSV/reports from different sources
• In-depth understanding of network architecture and connectivity
• Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve them logically
