Network Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor & Respond: Watch infrastructure health, performance, and security across Azure, AWS
• Triage incoming alerts, assess severity, and take action — or escalate with clear context — as part
• Diagnose and resolve incidents using established runbooks, and document what happened, why, and how
• Patch & Maintain: Plan, schedule, and execute patches and updates across cloud resources
• Keep patch and compliance records current to meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Improve & Report: Track SLA, MTTR, and MTBF metrics, and report on system reliability to

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in cloud operations, systems administration, or network operations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure; exposure to AWS is a plus.
• Comfort administering both Windows and Linux systems, plus familiarity with SQL Server.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or equivalent) and
• A track record of clear incident documentation and communication under pressure.
• Willingness to work a follow-the-sun on-call rotation, including off-hours coverage.

• Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 plus 10% bonus
