📋 Description

• Administer, support, and optimize customer firewall infrastructures, including change management
• Analyze security requirements, implement network security controls, and recommend improvements that
• Collaborate with customer IT and security teams while acting as a subject matter expert on firewall
• Maintain solution health, create monitoring alerts and dashboards, perform security assessments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, and enterprise firewall technologies
• Proven experience implementing, managing, and maintaining firewall policies, rule sets, and
• Experience supporting customers in a Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Service
• Strong understanding of network and security protocols including DNS, SSL/TLS, NAT, VPN/IPSec, and
• Familiarity with additional firewall solutions such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Cisco, and
• Exposure to Web Application Firewalls (WAF), SD-WAN, SASE, vulnerability management, and network
