Network & Security Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Work closely with solution architects, functional consultants & clients to understand business
• Provide advanced support for network and security incidents & service requests
• Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks
• The role will include maintenance, software upgrades, hardware replacements. It will also involve
• Troubleshoot complex networking/security issues across customer environments
• Manage ISP circuits and liaise with providers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in a network & security support role
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned support processes and managing incidents, requests, and
• Hands-on experience in SD-WAN deployment, administration, and troubleshooting, preferably with
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Zscaler, IPS/IDS
• Strong understanding of advanced routing and switching protocols, including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and
• Experience managing and troubleshooting ISP circuits and WAN connectivity issues.
