📋 Description

• Manage the client journey from approved application through account funding, first trade and
• Proactively contact newly approved clients to welcome them, understand any barriers to activation
• Support the conversion of approved applications into funded and active accounts by reducing
• Introduce new clients to Capital.com’s platform features, trading tools, risk-management
• Help clients build confidence in using the platform while ensuring all communications remain fair

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, business
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant recognised qualification in Commerce, Business Management, or a
• Eligibility to be appointed and registered as a FAIS representative (RE5 Exam) including meeting
• Good understanding of financial markets and an interest in online trading, including products such
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain platform features
• A commercially minded and client-focused approach, with the ability to balance activation outcomes
