Managing a docket of cases to resolution
Depositions: Preparing client for deposition, Attending depositions, Invoicing Depositions
Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution
Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
Team Player: Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example

🎯 Requirements

Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
Must be California State Barred and reside in the state of California
