📋 Description

• Contribute to technology strategy, digital transformation, cloud adoption and modernisation
• Apply research, analysis and structured problem-solving to market analysis, proposition design and
• Support projects involving artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, cybersecurity
• Use approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows where appropriate to accelerate research, analysis
• Help design and test new fintech ventures, innovation pilots and proofs of concept, collaborating

🎯 Requirements

• A doctorate (PhD, EngD, or equivalent), in a STEM discipline, alongside a minimum 2:1 undergraduate
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Strong collaboration skills, with the confidence to demonstrate leadership when appropriate and
• Adaptability, intellectual curiosity and a genuine passion for learning, innovation and solving
• Curiosity about using approved AI tools and automation to improve productivity and insight
