NICU - Home Care Nurse (LPN - Days or Nights)

📋 Description

• Hospital at Home Nurse delivering skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home
• Team-based environment; extension of hospital care team
• Training families and care teams; coordinate initial home care weeks
• Infant and young child patients transitioning from hospital to home

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least one year of verifiable LPN experience
• Recent NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care pediatric trach/vent experience
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
