NOC Supervisor

📋 Description

• Operate as the NOC’s first point of escalation for any issue raised within or out of shift that may
• Ensure NOC shift operations are executed properly and according to pre-defined SLA’s
• Handle system access related req’s for NOC Engineers
• Track NOC open incidents and ongoing issues, ensuring they get the right attention
• Act as NOC’s focal point for all administrative issues (eg. shifts, equipment needs)
• Manage NOC’s shift schedule (including PTO requests)

🎯 Requirements

• Supporting & troubleshooting web/internet applications, preferably from a SaaS company
• Windows & Linux OS proficiency - Must
• Experience with a similar role - big advantage
• Experience with GCP or other public cloud technologies - Significant advantage
• Experience with industry standard operational monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Datadog
• Experience with K8S - Advantage
