Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers, including HHAs, CNAs, and field staff
Oversee client services from onboarding through ongoing care delivery and service follow-up
Support care plan development and ensure services align with client needs
Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and routine service check-ins
Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to deliver high client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards

🎯 Requirements

Active New Jersey RN license
2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or a service-based setting
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
