Nurse Practitioner - Pennsylvania (PA) License

📋 Description

• Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and
• Provide ongoing, relationship-based care with patients returning over months and years
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT): estrogen, progesterone
• Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies
• Make autonomous clinical decisions daily
• Maintain documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1
