Diagnose and treat patients in assisted living/group homes and skilled nursing facilities
Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialist regarding patient care

🎯 Requirements

AZ License must be current and in good standing
One to two years experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Physician Assistant
Must have current and active DEA
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
