Nurse Services Manager (RN)

📋 Description

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of nursing staff.
• Provide Nursing oversight to individuals supported by Dungarvin in individual areas.
• Assess and identify actual/potential individual health care needs.
• Assure health care and related documentation meet licensure requirements, organizational policy and
• Provide health training and counseling.
• Effectively support the organization and nursing services.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Nursing Program.
• Five years’ experience, including three years of management experience, with the population being
• Certification/Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• Must be an AMAP approved nurse or willing to obtain that certification within the first 60 days of
• Demonstrated maturity, flexibility, and self-motivation are essential.
• Proven dependability and ability to work cooperatively with individuals, staff, interdisciplinary
