Operate forklift, farm tractors, seedling lifter, and various other nursery equipment
Operate spray-rigs and fertilizer injection equipment in a safe and productive manner
Assist with daily tasks necessary to maintain equipment, buildings, and development of the seedling

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry, or equivalent combination
Working knowledge of pine seedling nursery/agricultural operations, equipment, irrigation, soil
Strong team leadership and people management experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Customer-driven and oriented with strong work ethic
