Nursing Manager (Registered Nurse)

📋 Description

• Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability, consistency, and
• Ensure required assessments, wellness plans, face-to-face visits, and documentation are completed
• Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery for individuals supported across
• Partner with Area Directors, Program Directors, nurses, and other team members on medical concerns
• Help develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and new programs.
• Ensure nursing services and documentation meet licensing requirements, organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active Indiana RN License: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing
• Communication & Documentation: Strong ability to communicate clinical information clearly and
• Valid Driver's License: Must be able to travel between programs as needed.
• Successful Background Clearance: Must successfully complete required background and compliance
• Residential Services Experience: Experience in ICF/IID, Medicaid waiver, group home, supported

• Compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus
