Nursing Manager (Registered Nurse)

📋 Description

• Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff
• Ensure required assessments, wellness plans, face-to-face visits, and documentation are completed
• Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery
• Provide clinical consultation to Area Directors, Program Directors, nurses, and team members
• Develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and programs
• Ensure nursing services and documentation meet licensing requirements and organizational standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active Indiana RN License
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in nursing or healthcare staff
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful background clearance
