📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and grow Wellness Coordination services to support strong clinical outcomes and
• Effectively supervise, support, and manage nursing staff while promoting accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Active Indiana RN License: Must be a Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license to
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly document care, interpret and follow healthcare
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing
• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling between

• Compensation: $71,335.76 Annually Fixed Rate plus $5,000 retention bonus
