Design and implement scalable observability infra.
Manage pipelines for Logs, Metrics, and Traces (OTEL, Fluentbit, Victoria Metrics).
Build self-service capabilities for autonomous analysis and investigation.
Monitor reliability of internal observability stack (Grafana/exporters).
Integrate Observability Frameworks into the platform architecture.
Participate in discussions and share knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

Practical experience with observability tools and distributed systems.
Familiar with OTEL, Fluentbit, Victoria Metrics/Logs, Grafana.
Exposure to cloud infra and Kubernetes.
Proficient in Golang or Python for tooling and automation.
Strong analytical skills and interest in IaC and automation.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
