Occupational Health Director

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight for the Occupational Health service
• Partner with the Occupational Health Medical Director to establish and maintain clinical standards
• Represent the Occupational Health function with internal stakeholders as well as clients and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field required; a master’s
• If licensed as a nurse, graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current, valid nursing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Occupational Health or Employee Health environment.
• Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience, preferably within Occupational Health.
• Experience leading teams with multiple direct and indirect reports, including employees working
• Demonstrated experience with quality improvement methodologies and healthcare operations, including
