Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment on an acute, restorative and maintenance
• Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct home visits as needed
• Instruct participants, caregivers, and staff on maximizing safety and functional independence in
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) by contributing insights from assessments, care plan
• Document therapy services provided and maintain records within documentation requirements
• Assist in the ordering, inventory, distribution, and maintenance of durable medical equipment (DME)

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT or DOT) or equivalent from Accredited Program
• National Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association or eligible for National
• Minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly
