Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Assess functional status including muscle function, endurance, and ADL/IADL.
Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environments for hazards to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for safety and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
Minimum of one year OT work experience.
Graduate of AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel locally to cases.
