Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide OT services to adults and geriatrics in patients' homes
• Complete evaluations of patients' functional abilities (ADLs, IADLs, mobility)
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety
• Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment and modifications
• Implement interventions to improve function and quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ OT license
• Minimum of one year OT experience
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management
• Comfortable using EMR
