Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide OT services to adults and geriatric patients in homes
• Complete evaluations of ADLs, IADLs and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence
• Assess home environments; recommend adaptive equipment and modifications
• Implement interventions to improve function and quality of life
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care team

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ OT license
• Minimum 1 year OT experience
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Comfortable using EMR
