Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient therapy in senior living communities.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote independence.
• Collaborate with home health clinicians for smooth transitions.
• Educate clients and families on plans, home exercise, and safety.
• Complete documentation and discharge planning in BAYADA EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey OT license.
• Minimum of one year OT experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA and AMA.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
