Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform OT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient therapy in senior living and group homes.
• Deliver interventions to promote independence and QoL.
• Collaborate with home health clinicians for transitions of care.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on plans and safety.
• Document notes and discharge planning in BAYADA EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• New Jersey OT license.
• At least 1 year OT experience.
• Graduate of AOTA AMA recognized OT program.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently with an interdisciplinary team.
• EMR experience preferred.
