Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services in senior living communities for adults in care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote functional independence and safety.
• Collaborate with home health clinicians to ensure transitions of care.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on plans, home exercise, and safety.
• Complete timely documentation and discharge planning in BAYADA EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey OT license.
• Minimum of one year OT experience.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA/AMA.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
