  • See clients from hospital discharge to safe, independent home living.
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

🎯 Requirements

  • Active and current NJ OT license.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience.
  • Willingness to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Previous home healthcare experience welcomed; training provided.
  • Strong assessment, written and verbal communication; calm, reassuring presence.
