📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations of functional status, including ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; develop plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independent living.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations for enhanced outcomes.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using an EMR touchpad.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
