Assess ADLs/IADLs, strength, balance, mobility
Develop and modify treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

OT license in New Jersey
Minimum 1 year OT experience
Home Health experience preferred
Graduate of accredited OT program
Strong assessment, organization, and communication
Ability to travel across Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Union
