Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide skilled home visits within designated territories.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of functional abilities, including ADLs, IADLs, mobility
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes and independence.
• Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment and modifications.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and safety strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license or license-eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Prior home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
