Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects to develop intervention plans.
Evaluate home environments for hazards to independence.
Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
Continually assess and revise OT care plans with the care team.

🎯 Requirements

A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
Minimum of one year of OT experience.
Graduation from an accredited OT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Solid EMR skills; previous home health experience welcomed.
