  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

🎯 Requirements

  • A current Vermont Occupational Therapist license.
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of one year of recent OT experience.
  • Graduation from an OT program accredited jointly by AMA and AOTA.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
