Occupational Therapist - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan care.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document care using a tablet EMR and revise plans with nursing.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland OT license required.
• Home care experience preferred, not required.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
• Ability to work independently; strong time management.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
