Occupational Therapist - Home Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: strength, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects to plan interventions.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and necessary adaptations.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using EMR on a touch-screen device.

🎯 Requirements

• Colorado OT license.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with EMR; tablet usage.
