Occupational Therapist, OT - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, vision, communication, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current South Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
