Occupational Therapist- Visits

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations of functional status, including ADL/IADL
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and independence
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations
• Continually assess and revise the OT care plan with nursing
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care
• Document observations and interventions on a tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Hawaii OT license
• Graduated from an accredited OT program (AMA/AOTA)
• Willing to travel within assigned territory
• 1 year OT experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning
• Proficient in home safety evaluations and adaptations
• Experience documenting with tablets
