Occupational Therapist- Visits

📋 Description

• Evaluate patients' functional status and ADL/IADL performance
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; plan interventions
• Evaluate home environment for hazards affecting independence
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations
• Revise the OT care plan and coordinate with nursing in the MDT
• Educate patients and families on rehab activities for safety and independence

🎯 Requirements

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii
• Must be willing to travel in assigned territory
• Graduate from an OT curriculum accredited by AMA and AOTA
• 1 year of OT experience preferred
