📋 Description

• Coordinate ocean export shipments from Brazil to international destinations, as well as cabotage
• Manage customer communication throughout the shipment lifecycle, providing updates and addressing
• Request and confirm bookings with shipping lines and co-loaders, ensuring space and operational
• Coordinate cargo collection at origin by communicating directly with transport providers and
• Schedule and monitor container loading activities with suppliers and operational partners.
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to shipping lines and co-loaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience coordinating ocean export shipments, with additional experience in cabotage
• Practical experience handling IMO, REEFER and OOG cargo.
• Completed or ongoing higher education.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international stakeholders.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting operational deadlines.
