📋 Description

• Manage the full cycle of shipment planning and bookings — from forecasting, allocation control, to
• Coordinate daily with Account Management, Procurement, Allocation & Yield, and carrier offices
• Maintain accurate space visibility across Flexport systems (e.g., FFA, Fulfillment Management Tool
• Drive optimal space utilization while ensuring compliance with carrier allocation rules and
• Serve as the first point of escalation for booking exceptions, space shortfalls, and service
• Leverage relationships with carrier local offices to resolve issues quickly — SO pushes, equipment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, ocean carrier operations, or logistics planning.
• Proven track record of working closely with carrier local offices or directly in a carrier customer
• Strong understanding of TPEB and/or FEWB tradelanes, allocation cycles, and equipment control.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and highly organized.
• Proactive, data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
