🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience within the additives, lubricants, or a related industrial
• Strong customer-facing, relationship-management, influencing, and negotiation experience, ideally
• Solid knowledge of lubricant applications and industrial product technologies.
• Deep understanding of tribology and its relevance to lubricant performance and engineering
• Strong strategic-thinking capabilities, with the ability to connect technical developments and
